سياسة الاستبدال والأسترجاع

تتم عملية الاسترجاع والاستبدال بسهولة كبيرة من خلالنا

لأننا نعمل بكافة الوسائل على راحة جميع المستخدمين وتقديم تجربة ممتازة وممتعة لهم.

أ- وللعميل الحق في طلب استبدال واسترجاع المنتجات أو السلع التي اشتراها من متجر سيدة الخليج في بعض الحالات مثل:-

1- إذا استلمت منتج أو سلعة خاطئة أو السلعة مخالفة للوصف الذي ذكره التاجر بمتجرنا.

2- إذا استلمت منتج تالف أو مقلد أو يحمل بيانات علامة تجارية مقلدة.

3- إذا وجدت أن المنتج أو السلعة المشتراة ليست بالمقاس أو الوزن المدون عليها.

4- إذا وجدت عيب في جودة صناعة المنتج المشترى.

5- إذا كانت المنتجات أو السلع مخالفة للمواصفات القياسية السعودية.

6- في حالة عدم احتياجك للمنتج المشترى و يتم عمل استرجاع للسلعة أو المنتج المشترى في خلال اسبوع من وقت استلام المنتج .

ب-المنتجات الغير قابلة للاستبدال والاسترجاع :

1- المنتجات المستخدمة ، التالفة ، المتسخة.

2- المنتج ليس على حالته الأصلية حين استلامك له.

3- تم نزع التاغ او الاستيكارات الموجودة على القطعة المشتراه.

4- أن يكون المنتج من غير عبوته الأصلية أو من غير ملحقاته.

5- عدم توفير إيصال الاستلام أو إثبات الشراء للمنتج.

6- انتهاء مدة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لا يحق لك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج نهائيا.

حالات يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن :

1- إخفاق العميل في تزويدنا بالمعلومات المطلوبة لتسليم المنتجات إليه .

2- إذا كان عنوان التوصيل المعطى من قبل العميل خاطئاً .

3- إذا كانت معلومات الاتصال خاطئة .

4- عدم القدرة على الوصول إلى العميل وفقاً لسياسة الشحن والتوصيل .

تنبيه مدة استرداد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج أو عند الغاء الطلب تتراوح من 7-14 يوم

عند طلب خدمة الاسترجاع الرسوم : 35 ريال اذا كان مندوب سمسا او احد شركات الشحن

عند طلب خدمة الاستبدال الرسوم : 35 ريال اذا كان المندوب سمسا او احد شركات الشحن

في حال كان الشحن عن طريق مندوبنا الخاص في مكة وجدة فالرسوم بحسب ما ظهر للعميل اثناء الشراء

ملاحظة⛔️:رسوم الشحن التي يتم دفعها اول الطلب ليست مستردة ولا تعتبر من ضمن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

اي ان رسوم الشحن اول الطلب هي 35 ريال عن طريق شركات الشحن وعن طريق مندوبنا الخاص هي 50 علما ان مندوب سيدة الحليج يوصل فقط لمن هم في جدة او مكة

اذا اراد العميل استبدال او استرجاع المنتج فرسوم الشحن تنحسب على العميل كاملة الا في حال كان الخطأ من قبل المتجر فالمتجر يتحمل رسوم الشحن

ملاحظة تفصيل العباءات حسب الطلب لا يمكن استبدالها او استرجاعها

Easy Return and Exchange Process

At Sayedat Alkhaleej, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy ensures that our customers receive the best service possible

A. Customers Have the Right to Request an Exchange or Return in the Following Cases

1. If the received product is incorrect or does not match the description provided by the seller in our store
2. If the product received is damaged, counterfeit, or carries a fake brand label
3. If the purchased product does not match the listed size or weight
4. If there is a defect in the quality or craftsmanship of the purchased product
5. If the product does not comply with Saudi quality standards
6. If the customer no longer needs the purchased product, they can return it within one week from the date of receipt

B. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

1. Products that have been used, damaged, or stained
2. Products that are not in their original condition at the time of receipt
3. Products with removed tags or stickers
4. Products without their original packaging or missing accessories
5. If the customer does not provide a receipt or proof of purchase
6. If the exchange or return period has expired, the customer is no longer eligible for a return or exchange

Cases Where the Customer Bears the Shipping Costs

1. If the customer fails to provide the required delivery details
2. If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect
3. If the contact information is incorrect
4. If the delivery attempt fails due to the inability to reach the customer based on our shipping policy

Refund Processing Time

• The refund process after receiving the returned product or upon order cancellation takes 7 to 14 days

Return & Exchange Fees

• Return Request: 35 if using SMSA or any shipping company
• Exchange Request: 35 if using SMSA or any shipping company
• For deliveries via our private courier in Makkah and Jeddah, the fee will be as displayed to the customer at checkout

⚠ Note: The initial shipping fee paid during order placement is non-refundable and is not part of the return/exchange policy

• Shipping fee at order placement: 35 for shipping companies, 50 for our private courier (available only in Jeddah and Makkah)
• If the customer requests a return or exchange, they will bear the full shipping cost unless the error was made by the store, in which case Sayedat Alkhaleej will cover the shipping fees
